Paulo Sergio and his crew were both highly professional and fun to work with. They were always prompt, and delivered the agreed upon results. For the amount I had been quoted for a plain concret driveway and walkway and stairs, Paulo installed beautiful pavers.
Paulo spent time with us figuring out exactly which pavers would go with our existing gravel and general aesthetic, what to do about stair railings, and more.. Many issues come up during a project, and decision- making is not always easy. It was always a pleasure to talk things over with Paulo and come up with best solutions.
The main example of this was the job -that we needed to replace a driveway and walkway and stairs leading to the front door. Because of grading issues, this was complicated. Paulo and his crew somehow managed to grade the walkway and driveway so that my three front stairs (no porch or landing) became a small porch. My walkway and driveway now look like a dining patio I can step onto from my new front porch.
